Pack Your Items

Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at the nearest authorized shipping point and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
